1. Are your products natural and cruelty-free?

We prioritize naturally derived ingredients, many of which are organic or wildcrafted. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and we work only with suppliers who share our cruelty-free standards.

2. Do your products contain synthetic fragrances or preservatives?

Our skincare products are free from synthetic fragrances. We use essential oils, floral waters, and plant extracts for scent. For preservation, we use safe, gentle preservatives where necessary to ensure product stability and shelf life. Our perfumes may include natural isolates or fine fragrance oils blended with essential oils, but we clearly label every ingredient.

3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Many of our formulas are designed to be gentle and nourishing. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend performing a patch test before full use—especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options—sign up for our newsletter for updates.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email.

6. What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or you have concerns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. How should I store your products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use clean hands or applicators to prevent contamination. Our natural formulations don’t contain strong preservatives, so proper storage ensures freshness.
